Why I Do This
My journey began as a young athlete and NCAA football player, where I learned how strength, discipline, and consistency could push you beyond your limits. Later, as a Marine Corps officer, I saw how being physically and mentally fit could elevate performance in all areas of life. These experiences shaped my lifelong passion for health, fitness, and personal growth.
Now retired from active duty, my mission is to help men like you build muscle, shed fat, and create habits that keep you strong and energized. For me, fitness is about living well—staying fit, strong, and healthy to enjoy time with my family, explore the world, and take on life’s challenges head-on. As a certified Nutrition Manager and Specialist with the American Academy of Sports Dieticians and Nutritionists (AASDN), as well as an allied health, fitness, and wellness professional, I bring the expertise and authorization to implement science-based nutrition programs. These programs adhere to all state licensure laws and ADA guidelines while being tailored to your specific goals.
When combined with effective, results-driven strength and resistance training, along with a host of proven modalities and tools, my approach is designed to deliver tangible results you can see and feel.
